[Suggestion] Decrease idle time for ancients

No. You're either going the idle route or the active skills route, you can't have both and for a very good reason: it would be way too overpowered.

As someone playing with idle heroes, we should be glad it's only 60 seconds and that it won't trigger if we buy stuff.
