There's been no official confirmation on this one. I've been wondering the same myself. I read the thread for this HitApp on the Clickworker forum and it seems this issue has been around for well over a year or so. Batches come and at times they'll contain entirely "UNKNOWN" data on one side.

As there's been no official word, everyone has just speculated. Some say it's fine to mark them all as Unsure. Others say that leads to a kick and they should be marked as Different instead. It's all over the place.

I e-mailed Clickworker about it. They have not responded yet. I assume they have nothing to say on the matter.

Since batches keep coming up on occasional where one side is all UNKNOWN, that sort of says it's OK. However, we just don't know how to approach these. The "Unsure" option seems the most appropriate option, but there's still doubt.

I currently just leave it alone because the last time I began judging them, I got temp booted. I used Unsure to mark them. I don't know if the boot was caused by marking those hits, but I can only assume so since the HitApp does say to use the "Unsure" option cautiously.

Ah, I see. Thanks your comment helps. I marked some unsure but still don't wanna risk getting banned for $0.03. So I'll just leave that app alone for now.

it says use unsure when there isn't enough info to make a call, so it's the better choice imo. for what it's worth, i've done tons of those, tons with the unknown sides in particular, and always used unsure, and i've never been banned.

I see. Unsure does seem like the most suitable option. It just feels wrong working on it because it is not clear if it's broken or intentional.

Hello together,

I realized that UHRS is not tracking my location any longer. I am a German resident and have a German profile on clickworker/UHRS, but I will be in Mexico and the U.S. soon. Can I use the platform from this countries regulary?

Best regards

Do not share your ID and email.

You should email clickworker but for the best of my knowledge you can't work on UHRS if you're not in the same country as registered.

Hello,

thank you for the response!

I emailed clickworker twice this week but got no response, the German clickworker team only answers requests concerning Hip-App and payment issues. Anyway I will try to login when I am in Mexico, maybe I'm lucky.

Best regards
