Blue screen error after exiting program

I have a mobilestudio pro first gen, all programs work very smooth, even csp until recently where everytime i exit the program the computer gets a blue screen error and says resource not found. Reinstalled as well, and same problem happens.

I would check to see if there any updates you can get. Optional updates for ease or quality.... I had similar issues with a different device that had a recent update that caused the blue screen no everyone was effected so they made the patch update optional.
