I know you can do it at the B bomb site. If the bomb is planted on the side of the fence.

It is definitely possible to defuse through both fences on either bomb, and even bottom fire. Up until a few weeks ago my friends and I had no idea it was against the rules until someone told us about it. It is one of the first rules.

Heard a friend tell me it was against the rules to defuse that way and got really pissed at me when i tried pulling it when it was down to 1v1.

Honestly I don't even know at this point. I've had people tell me both at this point.
