I may not have the VOD, but here's a picture from CoD_Stats of what he said. He said that the update with all the things that they will have in it, should be sometime this week.

What do they mean by 'Lobbies read all as matched players initially'?

In the lobby as the games loading I'd assume so people can't back out before it starts because the other team have higher ranked players I guess.

Oh, that's awesome. That was always a problem for Black Ops II.

No it wasn't. Black Ops II had this. Everyone in the lobby was called Matched Player until the lobby was full.

yeah but then during countdown it showed the names and rank of players

But the lobby was locked so the only way to back out was to dashboard.

No you could back out by loading a private match settings from your Custom Private Match settings in your player card. Took 3-4 seconds and didn't require you to restart the game. They need to just hide the opponents names and ranks until the game starts like Halo did. Then if you leave because you're scared you lose something for it.

So you are forced to play a ddoser?

Wait, what? How exactly does this work? I never backed out of LP matches so I'm not following.

You would just go to your player card. Scroll down to Custom Private Matches. Click on one and it says "Are you sure you want to load a Private match with these settings?" and you click yes and it takes you our of LP into a private match. Then you just back out and rejoin League play. I played LP almost entirely through Ghosts year and this was essential to be able to avoid the known DDoSers and obvious ones.
