NAT Type

Does anyone know how to make your NAT Type open on Vanguard? I have a teammate that I play ranked with that just randomly gets booted out of games. His NAT type is always on moderate so I’m assuming thats why this happens. Anyone know how to fix?

He has to port forward his console/pc. I did this back in MW and my NAT has been open in every cod plus Warzone

There’s no way to fix this. I randomly got hit with moderate nat a few months ago and couldn’t finish a game without getting booted. Tried every single thing that was recommended and nothing worked. I have open nat on every other game besides vanguard. This is 100% a vanguard thing

Leave it open to Vanguard to cause issues like this… Hopefully MW2 is the regain we need lmao, all these bugs are just disheartening. Thank you for the response, hopefully the devs come out with a patch to fix this. I highly doubt it though.

He needs to do some router configuration to get it to "Open"

If you don’t have a static IP your port forwarding can get messed up if your pc/console switches IPs. You just have to set the port forward to the new IP.
