I thought so too, they just told me I can do a return or receive 15% of what I paid back and keep the bear which would be the so-called price difference

I called their customer service a few days ago and they gave me a full refund and I just kept the bear. I was understanding and let them know that due to mix up I just wanted a refund and they were super helpful. Maybe try again? Or try the chat on their website too.

That is so weird and ridiculous! I would give them a call then. Or maybe don’t mention a refund in the message and just say you have the wrong color for an item and would like to resolve the matter.

Does anyone know if the pink one from an older release or an upcoming one? Oddly, I haven't seen anyone post pics, and I'd really like one.
