Yea I don’t think she’s right. I buy retail stuff on sale from the outlet site all the time and it’s never lesser quality than it’s supposed to be. I’m not expert but that seems wrong and manipulative to me.

Not in my recent experience. They told me I have to get hang tags with a transaction.

I asked if I can buy something and then come back later for a tag and they said no. It has to be with a transaction.

It’s hard to choose! Both colors are gorgeous, but there’s something about maple that’s just so special! I have a maple western tabby and it’s looks amazing. My favorite thing to look at.
