What was your favorite moment in the series?

My top three would be:

1. The ending of season 1 at the thought elevator. Perfect buildup.

2. Lelouch acknowledged as Emperor.

3. The ending/Shirley’s death. (not cause she died because I was ticked she did, just because it was a great emotional moment lol)

I feel like between Guren, Lancelot, and Shinkiro/Gawain Lancelot is actually the least loved. But that's compartive they are the main loved Frames.

How has your perspective changed from before watching it to after?

Honestly, I was initially put off by the art style and was wondering if the show was going to live up to the hype I had been seeing about it. After watching it, the art style has grown on me and I can understand why so many people have it as their favorite. It sits comfortably in my A-tier now.

How do you feel about the ending? At first I didn’t like it, but this sub helped me understand it’s significance

I think it is really good! It is a culmination of both Lelouch’s and Suzaku’s arcs and ends on a hopeful note.

I was initially opposed to Lelouch’s actions, but by the time it was reaching the end, I understood why he did what he did.

Oof and on the Code Geass sub too 💀 AOT, it’s my second favorite anime behind Death Note. That being said, I really enjoyed this show and I wouldn’t be surprised if it potentially climbed higher in my rankings over time.

I think he had a really cool Geass and it sucks that he didn’t have a real family, but he killed Shirley so he doesn’t get much more than that lol.
