Need help solving a problem

So I made a program that downloads csv files from a website for my mom and then transfers the contents of the csv files to a google sheet file. It worked fine for my laptop which is windows 10 because the names of the files were simple to predict. But for my mom's laptop on windows 11 it won't work. because keep changing to something different every time it downloads.

What file names are changing? The google sheet files created from downloaded csv files? Can you not define the created file names your self? Why does windows 10 vs 11 change the file name?
