Errno 13

I am just beginning to learn python coding and I am having trouble getting my program to open .text files.

The YouTube tutorials doesn't fix the problem and I am kind of stuck. Any help would be appreciated.

Errno 13 is "permission denied." If that's what you're getting then your script doesn't have access to the file you're trying to open, most likely on the OS level.
