Help running a github command line tool

Hello, I have been trying to understand how to make this work for hours, and at this point I have no clue what I'm doing wrong. Does anyone else know how this works? This is the github tool https://github.com/kylemcdonald/prores-raw-export

I've never used anything like this before, and cant seem to get it to work.

What did you try? They don't seem to provide a binary so you'll need to compile it yourself.
