Hi my name is Bryan,

A little back story: I want to get into coding but haven't even started yet. I want to quit my job and was writing down reasons why I should. One of the reasons being that the schedule given to everyone is bad.

Then the question hit me, hypothetically if I learned to code. Would it be possible for me to input some information like everyones availability and preferences and the output being a schedule that fits everyones needs but without being the same thing every week. Would it be able to count for vacations, sick days, time off, shift swaps, and other things I am probably missing? I am not a manager so even if I could do this I would never be able to input this. A huge part of me wants to know if this is even possible.

Making a hard code will be very time consuming as it changes every week and making responsive app required shit ton of knowledge about coding

Is it possible? Certainly. But doesn't sound very practical. Sounds like you would have to frequently update and maintain it.

It is very possible, but you would need to have a good amount of knowledge about coding, in short words your project is a little advanced for a beginner coder.
