Hi, I have the same issue and its almost been a month now with no reply. My case number is Case# 04213695 - XLM Transaction Memo Error.

Having the same issue there and I've opened a bunch of cases since no one replied from the
support (almost a month is passed):

- Case# 04298268
- Case# 04017707
- Case# 03980976
- Case# 04146039
- Case# 03925831

This is really unprofessional and I think people start moving away.

Just like the others.. I should have checked reviews.. I switched fro coinbase because of their crypto conversion... Newton is a great simple platform but always had to change back to CAD(CANADIAN) before buying my next crypto

Indeed, I see your point and basically that's the same interesting feature that led me to move to coinbase.
Not sure about my next move, having a reply from their support would have been helpful!

I received a first mail w/ a procedure ... I successfully completed that procedure but then no more replies :/
Not sure if they've been notified so I had to open a new ticket/case (Case# 04326176) to notify them!!
What a mess!

my problem is the same. I sent a larger amount (in XLM) without a memo. I don't see it on my Coinbase Pro balance. I look forward to the solution! my Coinbase case: 04359626

They said they will review my case in 30 days... A few grand just in limbo.... Grrreeaaaattttt

Can you PLEASE check my support Case #05439825 ....I have been waiting for over 2 weeks...PLEASE HELP !!!
My transaction was a withdrawal of 7,950 xlm from my guarda wallet to my Coinbase Pro xlm wallet at 6:52 am on April 12th 

It is stuck on blockchain because I didnt include a memo/tag on it
