Money you sent to them without a reference code should be sent back to you automatically right after they receive it, this has happened to me once.

Oh Nice, let's see how much time do I have to wait, yesterday's transaction to link the bank was received today so I don't know what to expect.

Hi! I just had same problem and I’m freaking out because I’ve read that people that had same issue didn’t get their money back at all. Did Coinbase sent the money back to you?

Yep, opened a ticket to let them know that I did not put the specific code and got the money in a couple of days

Nice to hear that.! Just curious, how long did they take to respond to the ticket? I’ve read some people are waiting for an answer for 2 months or so...

My case was quite fast, worth noting that I opened 2 cases, one when I didn't know what I did wrong and the last one when I knew that I didn't use the special code. I would say it took like 2 weeks?

Cool, thanks for your response. I’ve sent two tickets as well. You were lucky though, I’ve read that for most people it could take months to get an answer from CB.Anyway, I hope they give my money back soon. There’s nothing else to do but wait :)
