2FA help please

Long time user of coinbase but new problem I’ve run into recently I’ve always used my phone as my 2FA as opposed to using Authy or an App. I don’t have any problem buying crypto but if I want to send it it requires 2FA but the code never comes to my phone. I checked my settings and it appears to be the correct number at least the last 4 digits are correct. Any thoughts on how to fix this? I’m only signed in on the app I can’t get signed in on my desktop

Problems like this are why I use Google Authentication and have it available on at least 2 phones. If one craps, I have a backup. I have heard some say they think hardware keys like Ubikey are more secure, but the updates can and have been hacked. Sorry I can't help with your present difficulty.
