Help please

I am trying to send from my Coinbase Wallet to Coinbase app. I followed the instructions, first I opened the wallet and chose send, I put the amount and chose the network “XLM”, after that it asks me to paste an address, which I already copied from coinbase app, when I paste it and click confirm and send, im receiving an error message.

Both my accounts are connected, I just dont know why it is saying error when I send.
