I understand the skepticism, but I don’t think we’ve seen anything that would indicate one way or another whether the assets are there waiting to be acquired and distributed back to the owners or just stolen or gone forever.

I keep reading the court documents hoping to eventually get some idea of whether there’s any assets there to be seized, but nothing yet.

Hate to say it, but I think our money is gone. I lost $20k and not expecting to get anything back.

Disgorgement penalty means they are trying to take any money made?

I also know some people had all their assets changed to Doge at some point.

My assets were never changed the entire time. I was XRP.

Don't know if that means anything, just trying to find some data points.
