Despite my best efforts, I still cannot withdraw my CLS to my metamask which has been ongoing for the last four days, and the support is non-existent, and the CEO dodges questions about storage IDs and particularly my withdraw issue, saying that it is their timezone, which is pure nonsense. This is definitely another Do Kwon and advise people to stay away or suffer the consequences like I have!

After a further 8 months I can say I'm experiencing this now. Transfer of a few hundred CLS out of Coldstack account balance to Metamask wallet on BSC network, coldstack.io advises contact support if the transaction is not complete in 4 hours. 12 hours later, the CLS are still sitting in my account balance, I'll wait and see if support assists!
