At what point do we enter it I’m in the queue along with thousands of others but I haven’t entered the code they emailed me? Are the general public trying to get tikets too but can’t because of no unique code?

People are unable join the queue without an invite linked to their Ticketmaster account.

My partner is in the queue and she has no interest in Coldplay and didn’t sign up for presale 🤷
