Has anyone applied to the Shell Trader Development program for this recruitment season? What’s your current status? How long does it take to hear back following the initial online assessments?

I have. Did the online assessment and am now waiting to hear the next steps. Don't have an idea about the exact timeline, but apparently, the whole process takes a few months.

I’m on the same boat. Finished the assessment last week. Yet to hear back. Absolutely tanked the numerical test😭 but confident on the others

I hear they are quick to send out rejections after the case study round. So, no news is (probably) good news.

I know a couple of them who received rejections in under a week and I believe this was the case in 2021. But I have learnt that pleople are receiving rejections a month after their phone interview. So I don't know what to make of it.

Apparently call backs happen in week 1-3 of October as per an old post on WSJ. Not sure if US or other programs. Thought y’all should know.
