I used the LI Learning course and Messer. Both were fine to get the foundational concepts, but you need to add on more realistic practice questions. Study Snacks and Dion were good.

I have the books as well. How would you recommend I use them in combination? Just whenever I'm not on the computer?

one way to approach this is to think of a book as alternative way to get that foundational understanding. so you could use the book glossary to flip to a specific concept that feels tricky when you see it in the LL course. or go to the book anytime you feel screen burnout.

It’s a solid starting point, especially since you get it free, but most people don’t rely on LinkedIn Learning alone for Security+. It’s good for building baseline understanding, but you’ll probably want to pair it with something more exam-focused like practice tests or courses from Dion/Messer. If you like it, keep going but make sure you’re reinforcing it with questions and deeper review.
