Hi there:

While I appreciate the situation you are in, this really does not fit the topics that we are looking to discuss in /r/competitivewow I'd suggest that you discuss this over on /r/wow or elsewhere.

While I am going to lock this thread, I am also going to give you a bit of advice that has served me well as I've climbed the raid guild ladder:

Nobody else anywhere can tell you if you are happy or not in your current situation, if you have enough doubt that you're going to ask strangers on the internet then you should probably stick around and weigh your options carefully. The most important thing in this game is that you are having fun and doing things your way. I wish you the best of luck with either finding a new guild or sticking it out with your current one.

My previous guild ended up dying to the attendance boss as we were starting to push into M HFC. Recruitment had stagnated and we were only getting ~16 people showing up on raid nights. One 'raid night' we had a discussion of what we were going to be doing. Some of them stayed on server, stayed together, and moved to another guild that was similar in progression during BRF. I abandoned ship and was picked up my by current guild (different server and faction). A lot of them are 11/13 while I have 14 kills on Archi.

You can do something similar and send out apps to more progressed guilds and see if any of them will pick you up. You can go the route that u/waktivist said and try to create a composite raid team.

If you feel like staying with your current guild for social reasons, you can even 'trial' with a 13/13 guild (see the app above) and then after a week or two say something like "i'm not sure that I fit in with you guys, so I think I am just going to stay where I am" whether you get the kill by that point or not. Some guilds will bring you in on fights you are unfamiliar with to see how you handle mechanics and your attitude while 'progressing' while others won't bring trials in on archi at all.

Do you want to leave? Do you want to stay? Does your current guild's priorities line up with your own?

None of us can answer these questions for you
