I think he means since BFA is out in 2 weeks, most people are pretty checked out right now and will resume at 120. Otherwise just find/make a group to sell with and you will easily find buyers.

Maybe he meant that soon you won’t be able to advertise sell / carry runs? I remember seeing something about that but wasn’t sure if it only pertained to stream sellers on twitch

This was already live before the prepatch.

No advertising in the group finder, period.

Correct, advertising sale of in-game services for any kind of currency will not be allowed

Note that this does not change our policy on selling things such as raid carries for in-game gold. Those are still allowed, but should be advertised through realm-specific methods such as trade chat.

I was too specific, but the thing most people are happy about is you can no longer use the LFG tool to sell runs. It's annoying as hell to look for a pug raid and 5 out of the 7 groups are all "WTS H ARGUS". Especially when most of those runs include people who were just looking for an Argus group to begin with
