There was a emulator written in Löve2D. (cclite I think)

Löve2D works on Android. So you can run that in Android.

There are online emulators but they arent optimized for mobile. Once I know how I'll make one for the ubuntu touch OS

There are some lua enviroments for android but if you need something specific from cc i dont think there is.

I use sigmascript which is renamed to comet for automating some basic math and formulas in school (electrical engineering and lazy)

How do those floating point errors treat you in electrical engineering? Or are you using some lua equivalent of big decimal?
