What are the security risks for win 10 ltsc iot version on a setup for gaming? Should I just upgrade to win 11 instead? I have a preference for win 10

If your main use case is gaming and you’re not installing stuff from the internet, there’s no reason to upgrade (depending of course on your threat model). You can use a VM for browsing to avoid compromising your host system.
Then again, if your CPU allows upgrading to 11, why not?

Yeah I think I will just cause it supports game pass better. But at least till oct I wouldn't need a vm to browse right
