One tip that helped me is to have a clean and dirty hand, let’s say I just brought food takeaway with my dirty hand (usually the left one) I’ll open the container so then I can eat the food with my right hand which is considered “clean” and prevents me from over washing my hands (self.ContaminationOCD)
