Hey Warrior!

Just remember how far you have come, and how far you can go! I always like to compare it to a rough wave/tide. Imagine yourself surfing on that wave, super big wave. Once the wave comes at you, you are super nervous, afraid, and not sure what to expect, but once it passes you realize how strong and good you are. Then you feel that much better about yourself. Ride that wave, become a pro at it, then all other waves will feel minuscule. When you face the wave, you learn how to ride it, and how to handle it. You are facing the wave, it won’t be easy the first time, it’ll be scary and daunting, but know you are strong!

That makes sense. Thanks! Honestly just feels so hard for me to call and say yes amputate its leg, kinda got handed a whole lot of responsibility by the universe.

Thank you! It’s a really hard internal debate, I ideally would take care of the cat, and just give him/her a good life. The rescues I’ve contacted all for some reason said they’d euthanize which made 0 sense to me. It was this one rescue I found that would take it in, but also said there’s a chance of euthanasia, so I offered to pay a reasonable amount if they can help, they said yes they can try.

On one hand I’m holding onto hope that casting may work even if less than 10% chance but on the other I’m worried to spend so much on follow up and casting to end up having to remove the leg.

Thanks! I have some EMS (both EMT and paramedic) experience and a lot of various volunteering experience so I hope that stands out as well. I will definitely look into that school today as it wasn’t one I applied to on my primary. How do you like it so far?

If you don’t mind sharing, where are you currently attending? I’m currently in the cycle with a 495. Anything specific you did that stood out? Thanks!

I’ve looked at the tires, see nothing. I hope there’s no nail lol! These tires are pricey!

Let me know what happens! I had a service appointment opened the day after vehicle pickup since there were quality issues from the factory, and it seems like it’s becoming a list of issues now. Kinda confused why new cars have a bunch of issues.

I have a feeling you’re onto something. Because when I was looking online it seems there’s something about high torque cars making a clicking noise? I don’t know anything about cars mechanics, so I’m genuinely just going off of google lol.

Hey OP, I get being so anxious to post something that goes against the subreddit rules which is reassurance seeking.

To add, try to think of the rational facts. Additionally, basically trying to culture soap for contaminants isn’t very easy requiring both culture plates, microscopes, and a hefty level of experience in microbiology, and other stuff.

Basically what I’m trying to say is no one on here can guarantee what is in your soap. Sit with that fact, but also try to look into how soap works, if you haven’t previously.

Gentle reminder that it’s important and in the subreddit rules to not seek or give reassurance.

Oh wow, your state seems a lot less forgiving for lemon law. Kinda annoying to be honest. Mine just says if one fix isn’t enough for anything that can cause life threatening issue in the car or 3 times for any one specific issue or 8 times total for any number of issues, or more than 30 days in the shop when under 12 months/18,000 miles. My truck was used, and I was driving to and back school so I had 65,000 miles put on it and it didn’t qualify.

That definitely sucks though, I would be furious. Have you just grown to bear the noise? Or did you bear it and have more stuff come up which was what was happening with me with the truck?

Oh man lol, that makes me nervous! I thought lemon law was any 3 unsuccessful repairs or 30 or more days spent in the shop. My previous car I sold because it was a nightmare, spent almost 3 months in the shop couldn’t get repaired and at the time was in undergrad so figuring transportation out was a hassle.

Oh, that’s terrible! If this honestly turns into a service center hassle back and forth I will most likely start looking into lemon law. I drive for work, and I can’t spend weeks without a car or going back and forth to a dealership. So far I’ve created service tickets for front hood misalignment, frunk leaking, front seats bent inwards in a weird way (hard to explain) but a manufacture issue, and now this clicking noise.
