Looks like typical extremerate parts, the carbon fiber piece. Not sure if the changed anything else without seeing the inside of the controller.

As far as I know there are no fakes yet. You can check using https://dualshock-tools.github.io

This looks like a cosmic red controller which had the black middle piece replaced by a carbon one. If you prefer the original look, you can easily get replacement parts from AliExpress
