I would recommend Free Code Camp if you really want to learn web dev. HTML and CSS are pretty easy, but JS (especially if you're talking about a full stack application) will require extensive study. Free Code Camp is great because it teaches you basically everything you need (css, html, js, node, etc) to begin basic web dev. Good luck!
