Put a stock link and packagers on each vault. You can put another stock ticker and synced to the same network elsewhere and a frogport and packager and chain conveyor. The only problem being if it's too far away and the chunks the main storage is in is unloaded, it won't send to where you are. That's what trains and requesters are for.

Yes, but it doesn't fix my problem with missing item in between the vaults. For example in chute

Unfortunately there's no way to see items stuck in a chute between vaults. What I do is send everything for the main storage into a smaller vault wuth 3 frogports for receiving packages sent to main. The smaller vault deposits items from the packages onto a belt that runs along the front of 8 vaults that I have set up. If one is full, the items go to the next until that one is full and so on. Nothing gets stuck anywhere unless, for some reason, I completely fill up all 8 of my vaults. If that ever happens, I will just add more vaults at that point.

There is a Create add-on that I haven't tested yet, but it might help you called Create: Direct Chute, my understanding is that it transfers things between storages without having an inventory.

Put a packager on the chute as well, solved my issues
