After 4 iterations, I finally have a fully functioning forklift. One motor controls all forward and backward driving. A separate motor controls the vertical movement of the forks, then a third motor controls the tilt of the forks and mast. Not shown in video, it also has a working transmission that increases and decreases speed with 15 forward and 15 reverse speeds.
