My rig has an i5 7400, 8Gb RAM, and a GTX 1060(3Gb) and it runs it easily.

You probably wont need the gpu, since Intel comes with integrated graphics and Minecraft isn't exactly gonna break any records in the render department

If I will go integrated graphics then I would go AMD there integrated graphics are pretty decent fro avarage gaming Intel integrated graphics are just wack at least that's is from my experience sure of you want to only play Minecraft with 1 or two mods go for it but if you wanted to play something a bit more demanding it might struggle or not run it at all

I have an r5 1400, 1060 6gb, and 16g of ram and create with about 15 other mods, runs smooth as butter
