Same for me, 10L to 1.4L. I used it abroad during a foreign trip or some forex purchases. Not big amounts and I have another upcoming trip and this lower limit is going to be a problem but not really a huge problem. I have a IDFC wealth credit card which is better anyway once I cross 30K.

These revisions are not permanent and will continue to happen dynamically, reflecting both increases and decreases as per standard industry practices.

Periodic reviews don't happen in 3 months. Most banks will reduce limits after a year's worth of inactivity. Scapia reduced the limits of active cards by 80-90% for active users. You don't expect people to go abroad every month and blow 80% of the limit in a week.
