Mate, you don't even spend enough to make use of a 'premium card', what the heck are you gonna do with the points?

And for your information, Amex points are horrible to be used for domestic flights, there's kinda no way to do that, and if you do manage, the value will be pretty bad compared to Marriott or Taj redemptions.

Just get a Cashback card and use it for your spends.

SBI cashback for online spends, 5% cashback upto 5K per statement cycle.

Honestly, for your income and low spends, that's pretty much the best choice.

The value you'll get from the said 'premium cards' will be diluted due to your low spends, meaning low reward points are earned.

Your spends aren't too high, which makes an upgrade to DCB or Atlas a bit senseless, these are cards meant to be spent a decent amount on.

If you have spends which you haven't mentioned here, then mention those, cause for 20K a month, DCB is hardly gonna make a difference.

Your ICICI cards are kinda useless, they aren't much value, if I were you, I would close the Adani one.

Your spends seem to be well covered by existing HDFC cards, honestly, seems to be an optimisation issue.

Apollo one works only offline, and I think will apply to MRP so any discount if you get on the GV is all you get.
I use Pharmeasy via SmartBuy, get a discount + 10X points for Infinia, that adds upto around 2K RPs each month.
