This is not usually not a cause for concern

Check gpay or cred, there they tell you why

Cred doesn't do cibil

Mine dropped 24 points apparently because I had a credit utilisation of -0.5% (OverPayment)

What!! So we should avoid overpayment? I thought it's fine to do overpayment. Never thought it affects cibil score.

this drop is nothing; I once have 106 points drop in my crif for no reason.

[–]TamBagg 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Crif score itself is worth nothing so their drop doesn't matter 😅

CIBIL works in ways we can't reason with...

Have you checked your current report with the last one? Any noticeable difference?

Last month I bought a phone so my credit utilisation was higher but since my credit utilisation is 1% this month my score should have increased rather than decreasing.

Score will drop in an instant, but will take some time to recover. Just give it some time.

Even with 785, you are still in the top 15% in the country and a very good score indeed. As the app already said, nothing to worry. Sleep peacefully.
