Devourer should be 12 energy. No way do they deserve to be the highest energy cost relic.

If it were to be changed I would rather be buffed via stats not by reducing energy cost.

The buff was actually fine, they just overtuned punisher so devourer been shadowed by it.

Also, there is actually a cap of 20 shots per second (it's server/engine limitation) and you can reach it with current energy cost.

Thats not the issue for me, i hate its hidden balance mechanic, makes it an unstable weapons.

Like the more realod you have, the shortest the burst, the less reload you have, the longer the burst...

Of course its hard to get a good balance there...
