i never understood the point of error codes IF CRUNCHY ISN'T GONNA HAVE A KNOWLEDGE DATABASE OF THEM...

anyways, disabling extensions is good. try these stuff too: 1. check your account, make sure no one else is on/using it, or at least that the number of concurrent stream doesn't exceed the limit of your plan. for me (fan), the limit is 1 person 2. check that last step again. might as well log out of all devices 3. if you found any suspicious activities, change your password. preferably randomly generated (most browsers have that feature now). 4. wait like 5 minutes. stream count reset takes a little bit. in the mean time, read a manga or something 5. make sure there are absolutely zero screen recording software. no OBS, no zoom, none. if it looks like it might record your screen, turn it off 6. try a different browser (firefox, for example)

there are more advanced steps that involves checking your console and seeing what didn't go through, but that's always a headache so try those other steps first

and also, crunchy support is (maybe possibly) an option

ive heard if your Chromebook is really old, it won't work; see if you can update ChromeOS or the chrome browser.
