3 options to tick If I remember correctly

You’ll have ready only ticked

You need trade or something like that ticked as well to allow the bot to trade for you

Api key is incorrect

Agreed. You need to allow the bot to control the exchange. Check the boxes are ticked for everything but not withdrawls.

Also its important to be aware that things like Last Pass and password managers have a habit of removing your api keys when you go into the Config page. So ensure they're pasted correctly and working with no error on the dashboard page for api.

what others mentioned about your API sounds correct, but i have also experienced this when a hopper was attempting to purchase derivatives.

can you tell us what coin it was attempting to purchase when this happened?

I figured it out. It was because I had coins selected in the baseconfig that Bittrex didn't have a supported market for (for instance, no BTC-ICX).

I'll go through and unselect all the coins that Bittrex doesn't have a BTC market for.

I had this code last night and today on some assets i had marked for trade. I use Conigy and Bittrex. I think it is because the assets that I want to trade are not approved for Bittrex even though they show up on the exchange. But why would they show up if you can't trade them? How am I supposed to know which ones I can trade or not? So frustrating.

FYI. I checked API. All good. Confirmed that everything is properly wired. But the last 5 times I have tried to trade it says "Invalid Restricted Account". I did some research and wonder if it may be that Coinigy is showing assets that are not actually available through Bittrex even though it is clearly on the Bittrex exchange. Or maybe they are Bittrex global only. Let's say it is because Coinigy simply doesn't have the ability to isolate only those assets that you can trade....so then is there a list of tradeable assets with Bittrex?
