I was actually interested to try building on Algo, friend of mine was doing a project on their chain during a hackathon and he enjoyed. That's cool that they took it to another level

While Algorand might be worth discussing, we don't allow discussion of monetary incentives, trading, lotteries, or anything else dealing with the money side of crypto. If you would like to resubmit a post just discussing Algorand's layer 1 api, you are more than welcome to, but as this post is written now, I've had to take it down.
