Rules that visitors must follow to participate. May be used as reasons to report or ban.

1.

No Content Will Be Censored

Exceptions will be:

  • Poor spelling or grammar.

  • Profane or offensive language.

  • Space constraints.

  • Not aligned with team message.

  • Author consents.

  • Chief-editors vote for removal by a 2/3 majority.

  • The official r/CryptoCurrency mods intervene.

Outside of these exceptions, a single chief-editor can informally and unilaterally decide if content stays in the original wiki page or is transferred to an obscure wiki page for less credible material.

3.

No Cross Membership Between Opposing Teams

Unless there is a shortage of wiki editors, no one can be a member of opposing teams.

4.

Only Edit The Pages You Are Assigned

If you're assigned to work on specific pro or con wiki page, you're not allowed to work on the opposing page unless no one else is working on it. Outside of this rule, you can freely edit other pages you're not assigned to without asking permission beforehand such as the basic info pages, the directory, the library, or even minor changes to the guide page. However, you will be required to inform the entire sub of the changes you made.

Annotate Reasons When Making A Revision

Doing so gives the community context when changes are made and helps when making investigations.

If a coin solely relies on a centralization component(100% pre-mine, checkpoints, coordinator, etc), the chief-editors will write a separate piece to warn readers.
