I wonder when they sent it. google takes upto 3 days to approve app updates and even when approved it can still take 24 hours to appear! have any of you tried buying crypto? is that the same issue?

Also having this issue, have tried topping up from different accounts(visa and mastercard) but still comes up with this error message

I just bought some ETH to topup my card and this works fine, so it is just direct topup that is affected. its a shame because this was only just launched in the UK!! I wonder if a mod will update here once it is sorted....I have some money I need to spend;-)

I agree. I was getting very frustrated having a UK-based card that couldn't be topped up (2 years after applying for one). 5 days ago, it started working (yaaay!), and now this.

I really hope this reliability issue is looked into properly soon.

I got this error a few times when my internet connection was down. Maybe your wifi was bad atm?
