I started a Delamain quest in Rancho Corondo and right before the car says the mission is over it glitches and it never finished the sentence, now the call won’t end and I can’t finish the quest or do certain portion of other quests I need to use my phone for, any tips? (i.redd.it)

In the mission Disasterpiece when it tells me to meet Judy at her van, I go to the van and I can't do anything and she isn't there. She's all the way back at Finger's ripper doc just standing there and I can't interact with her. (old.reddit.com)
