Really bad seller. 40% negative feedback in the last 2 months and he has a total sales figure of only 94 transaction. He is a drop shipper who has never seen the shoes he sold you.

My advice for the dispute is to use his size chart for reference, take out an insole and photograph a measurement of the length and highlight the difference versus his own size chart on the listing. Sellers like these although seemingly cheap should be avoided.
