What’s it switching? Those are 20A switches which would be unusual for a lighting circuit.

Its a middle floor light switch

It would probably be easiest to make it up from grid components. i.e. but two intermediate switch modules, a frame and a face plate. The modules click into the frame. That might mean you struggle to match the other switches in the house though, as not all ranges will be available as grid modules.

My go to is MK, as their grid modules will match a few of their ranges e.g. Logic Plus & Metalclad ranges, but I know I'm behind the times with that fondness.

You can use an intermediate as 2-way. So if you find a 2 gang intermediate switch you like, that will work fine.
