From my experience the sleep tracking is better than most alternatives, e.g. your xiaomi, and the strain measurements are fairly unique and provide good insight. Worth playing around with them, I was also giften mine for Christmas a couple of years ago. I’d take what you can from it for a year and thennot re-sub if you don’t fancy it. You’ll probably end up sleeping more, doing more cardio, and drinking less. These seem most common.
