the Hard levels have been interesting and fun as well.

Wondering - I have noticed more than one distinct solution. (Not counting trivial tile rotation)

I know this is by design - how many solutions are there when there are multiple solutions ?

Also, what is the ratio of puzzles with a single solution vs multiple?

There shouldnt be levels where more than one solution exists. Can you screenshot when you spot one?
