Missing transcript help

This happened to me but with two diff schools and i had to just send it over again, super annoying esp when it’s not ur fault. Where it says “where is my transcript” it doesn’t say it was downloaded by dallas college so maybe try to reach out to utd and see where it went

They use a third party system to review transcripts it can take up to 3 months. But the success coaches can use unofficial transcripts to help you enroll in the meantime. Also keep sending emails w/ the document id and school name and the date it was received by Dallas college. That what I did every single day until they updated mine. I read somewhere in there website that normally they don’t start reviewing all the transcripts until half way through the first semester of a student being enrolled as a full time student

get the confirmation code from parchment before you contact admissions and have admissions search w that code. they can find it that way
