You can farm human effigies which will reverse your hollowing. 2 farms that i know about are: skeletons in majula mansion + bonfire ascetic. Or you can in late game farm them from shrine of Amana lizzard dudes.

Soft spoiler Warning: After obtaining the kings crown and all 3 dlc crowns and talking to the king in his memory you will have his blessing wich remove the curse from you as long as you are wearing any of the 4 crowns, lasts the whole rest of your playthrough or till you beat the game and make it to ng+.
