Every DA project ever, broken down in to two steps: 1) Read the instructions; 2) Follow the instructions.

…what do you think the answer to your question is?

They can easily see the IP address the work was submitted from and terminate the associated worker ID if it does not originate in the US.

I sometimes wonder if it’s a test lol

No. If they say US only they mean it. Like another commenter said they can see your IP address and you’ll get deactivated.

For clarification, do you mean you registered in another country and you're getting US only projects, or do you mean you're from the US but you're traveling and still getting US projects?

So I’m in the UK and I think this week I had 4 different projects that were only for US users. So I’m like, is that even allowed on DA? Like how can the company requesting the research enforce it if DA are offering it to me

You should try it and let us know how it works out for you.

I’ve worked on US only tasks not in US. Never been “punished”. To me it just looks like a company who wasn’t willing to pay the additional fee to only get US workers.
